Traverses Word table object structures, escapes reserved delimiter characters (`|`), and constructs standard GitHub Flavored Markdown pipe tables with header divider rows.

Evaluates native structural `OutlineLevel` properties rather than localized style names. Correctly maps Heading 1 through 6 to `#` through `######` across all language editions of Microsoft Word.

Per-Document Preference Storage

State is persisted inside `ActiveDocument.Variables("SyncMarkdown")`. Word queries the user once per document on first save. Documents not enabled for export remain standard Word files.
